A very relaxed cat is hanging on the side of a barn causally looking down.

Ever feel like a cat stuck to the side of a barn?

Have no second thought on the value of perception vs reality. It’s really not possible to understand reality, without having some standard or measure to test our perceptions. Karl Popper reminds us that due to our limited exposure to all of the aspects that make up reality, (from quantum to Newtonian), we cannot know the absolute truth (or as R. Heinlein would put it, Grokk) about anything. But don’t freak, what we can know about any aspect  – is what it’s not. And that gets us a little closer to the truth.
